Orders & Shipping
When will I receive my orders?
- For Ready Stock items, parcels will be packed and shipped in 2 to 5 working days from the time we receive your order. (excluding weekends & public holidays)
- For Back-Order Products, ETA will be as indicated in the Product Header.
- For Pre-Launch Products, ETA will be 5-7 weeks from Pre-Launch order closing date.
- Tracking number will be provided once the parcel have been dispatched from our end.
Order & Delivery Policies
- Please ensure all shipping information provided are accurate and complete.
- Any shipping costs for re-delivery due to inaccurate shipping information provided in the order will be borne by the customer.
- Petit Explorers will not be liable for any delivery delay, missing or wrongly delivered parcel due to inaccurate / incomplete shipping information provided to us in the order.
- Deliveries are not available on Sundays.
- Delivery timing is managed by the courier's delivery schedule. We seek your kind understanding that we will not be able to arrange request for specific delivery time.
Local Singapore Shipping
5 to 10 business day delivery
- Free shipping over S$100 order (wef 1 August 2022)
- $5 flat rate for orders below S$100

It takes 2 to 7 working days to reach the recipient from the day that it is dispatched.

International Shipping
For international order, kindly allow us 1 to 3 working days to provide the shipping charges and estimated duration upon order confirmation. All International Orders will be subjected to international shipping charges & taxes.
- Shipping duration might take 3 - 14 weeks depending on the delivery location.
- All shipping duration are estimated based on freight forwarder's information. Petit Explorers will not be liable for shipment delay due to custom or freight forwarders delay.
- Due to cross border logistical challenge, we do not provide exchanges or refunds for international orders. We seek your kind understanding and kindly proceed only if you are comfortable with the terms and conditions indicated.
