Terms and Conditions 

Return / Exchange 
We hope our Explorer Family will love their Petit Products. 

In the event, by any rare occasion if you have receive a wrong / defective product or found extensive damage on the shipping packaging / carton. Please contact us via our chat support on whatsapp or IG chat with the details within 7 days from the date of goods receipt. 

Returns / Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Policy : 

  • All Sales are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable upon order confirmation.
  • Kindly provide your invoice with photos and/or videos of the affected product
  • The exchange/return has to be requested within 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item (according to tracking information or the date you purchased at the official pop-ups). Any exchange or return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Only a one-time exchange of product is allowed.
  • Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 5-10 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received.
  • Returns will be only be in form of store credits with validity of 3 months.
  • Returns / exchanges are valid only for defective product found upon receipt or wrong item delivered.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return should a returned product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care
  • We reserved the rights and discretion to not Consider a dispute valid if it does not meet our returns or exchange policy..

We will provide our friendly assistance to the queries raised to us.
